Experienced project management and site teams for your project

We hand-select project handling teams and can scale our workers as required. We execute the majority of work on a direct-hire basis and our teams can oversee all from engineering deliverables to construction and subcontract management.

Direct-Hire Labor

NAUZAAV DESIGNING builds projects using a direct-hire approach, which gives us the ability to manage and adapt to project workforce requirements. With the ability to work under the various labor models depending on your preferences, we can meet the needs of any project. This hands-on-approach agrees us to actively engage our craft to be more productive and reach better quality while execution the work safely.

Workforce Management Software

NAUZAAV DESIGNING uses an in-house developed craft worker tracking software to assess the labor availability in the project’s region, giving us a good understanding of whether or not supplemental craft will be required from other geographies. This program gives NAUZAAV DESIGNING some predictability and certainty to ensure our craft labor will be available to deliver the project to the client.

Skills developed playing the sport, such as management people, difficult conversations, and managing stressful situations, have helped her transition into her role as HRPD Coordinator. She now oversees the student program. Where she hires, onboards, and ensures a smooth transition for new NAUZAAV DESIGNINGers entering the industry.
