Experienced project management and site teams for your project

We hand-select project handling teams and can scale our workers as required. We execute the majority of work on a direct-hire basis and our teams can oversee all from engineering deliverables to construction and subcontract management.

Mentoring and Culture

Most of our staff have long tenures with NAUZAAV DESIGNING and, as part of their management training, mentor colleagues to help aid in their development. Our teams work together from project to project, which in turn brings consistency and probability to every new project.

Direct-Hire Labor

NAUZAAV DESIGNING builds projects using a direct-hire approach, which gives us the ability to manage and adapt to project workforce requirements. With the ability to work under the various labor models depending on your preferences, we can meet the needs of any project. This hands-on-approach agrees us to actively engage our craft to be more productive and reach better quality while execution the work safely.

Workforce Management Software

NAUZAAV DESIGNING uses an in-house developed craft worker tracking software to assess the labor availability in the project’s region, giving us a good understanding of whether or not supplemental craft will be required from other geographies. This program gives NAUZAAV DESIGNING some predictability and certainty to ensure our craft labor will be available to deliver the project to the client.

Training and Support

NAUZAAV DESIGNING has a strong training and mentorship program that provides craft with the necessary skills to safely and effectively perform their work activities. Training programs are developed based on the individual experience and with the specific nuances for the project in mind. NAUZAAV DESIGNING also proudly supports a variety of post-secondary and trades schools to assist in promoting the construction sectors and providing persons with the required skills during their apprenticeships.
